Meet Becky. Portfolio Manager for MCR Property Group, a real estate investment development company encompassing MCR homes, the residential arm of the business.
With a background in property and asset management, Becky prides herself on ensuring that her buildings are compliant and well maintained. With multiple and sometimes unreliable suppliers on the go, Becky was keen to establish longer-lasting relationships with a supplier she could rely on.
Fixing the Foundations
We met Becky at one of MCR’s sites in Chertsey to discuss fire system safety checks and maintenance. We quickly recognised that MCR could benefit from our blended services giving Becky a single point of contact for everything maintenance.
We visited the designated sites to get a full understanding of the set up and noticed that other parts of the buildings needed servicing too. So we recommended regular cleaning as well as preventative maintenance and testing to reduce callouts and complaints.
