Meet Matt. Property Manager for Andrews Online, property consultants in the South of England. Covering sales, estate agency, lettings and block management, this not-for-profit organisation is owned by a charitable trust and manages over 100 buildings.
When Matt joined the company in March 2021, it was apparent they needed support with maintenance. Staff shortages meant that the team were struggling. With consistency being so important, Matt needed a reputable, trustworthy team from the get-go.

As Matt is based several hundred miles away, we provided before and after reports for all work, complete with photos for absolute transparency. So when Matt needed urgent assistance, we could be there within 24 hours.
